Location
Margaret River is 280kms south from Perth (approx. 3 hour drive).
Acacia Chalets
If you are using a GPS device please enter coordinates 330 59’ 13.7” S & 1150 01’ 39.1” E or enter Wilderness Road as there are two Yates Roads in the Shire.
Drive through Margaret River townsite on Bussell Hwy, then at the top of the hill there is a park on your right and a sign bank – Wallcliffe Road & Caves Road:
- turn right onto Wallcliffe Road (high school is on the corner)
- travel west along Wallcliffe Road (5kms) until you reach a T junction – which is Caves Road.
- turn left into Caves Road and travel 1.7kms along Caves Road and Wilderness Road will be on your right.
- turn right into Wilderness Rd and immediately on the left is Yates Rd.
- turn left into Yates Road. You will find Acacia Chalets exactly 1km on your left down Yates Road.
