Deposit:
To secure your reservation, all bookings require a deposit of one night's accommodation fee per chalet. A credit card number is required as bond/security and will only be charged if booking conditions are not met.
Cancellation Policy:
A fee of $50 will be retained on all cancelled bookings.

• In peak periods accommodation must be paid in full 4 weeks in advance & no refund will be given unless accommodation is re-booked.
• Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival may be subject to a charge of 50% unless we are able to re-book the chalet.
• A no refund policy applies if booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival date and full payment will be charged.
• If you make a booking and do not arrive outstanding amounts will be deducted from credit card account, or will be invoiced directly to guest.
